Flexibility
To give you peace of mind and more time to make decisions about your future travel plans, you’refree to change your travel plans until 60 days before a tour and 120 days before a cruise. If for any reason you change your mind, you can choose new dates and/or a new destination withoutpenalty on the land portion of your trip (airlines impose different change policies and penalties).
Free 3 Day Booking Hold
When booking your holiday you can hold your preferred departure with no obligation for 3 days.Giving you time to confirm your plans whilst knowing your places are secured.
Deposit Protection
If you have to cancel your tour prior to 60 days, but not ready to rebook, your £100 deposit is kept onfile for 5 years and can be used for a future trip when ready.

All our operators have added new measures to elevate hygiene standards for every experience of your trip. Onboard coaches, ships, staying at hotels and visiting attractions. Every aspect of your trip has been checked for your safety.

You’ll have an always-on support team made up of Expert Travel Directors, Drivers, Hotel and Cruise Managers with you throughout your travels. In addition a behind the scenes operations and guests support team is also available to assist whenever needed.
Deposit Protection
All guest booked to travel on one of our tours or river cruises are required to be fully vaccinated to travel. This is to help protect each other and the people and places you visit.
