The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace – why not head back to Montmartre, browse local art stalls, or sample French delicacies? For something extra special, consider an optional evening of dinner and cabaret.

Travel through the picture-perfect French countryside into Switzerland’s heartland. Arrive in the Lucerne region, where majestic lakes and Alpine backdrops await.

Enjoy a guided orientation of Lucerne this morning, taking in highlights such as Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church, and the Lion Monument. The rest of the day is yours to explore. Choose to browse for traditional Swiss souvenirs or opt for a memorable mountain experience on Mount Pilatus, complete with a cogwheel train ride and lake cruise.

Continue your journey south through the dramatic Alpine scenery to Italy’s Renaissance capital – Florence. This evening, enjoy dinner with your fellow travellers as you prepare to explore one of Europe’s most artistic cities.

Spend the morning exploring Florence. Visit Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, and enjoy views from Piazzale Michelangelo. Browse local boutiques for Italian leather or join an optional Renaissance-themed walking tour. Later, journey to Rome, where ancient wonders and vibrant street life await.

Today, join a Local Guide for an in-depth tour of the Eternal City. Visit Vatican City, wander Rome’s piazzas, and take in iconic sights. The afternoon is yours to explore further or relax at a café. This evening, why not opt for a traditional Roman dinner?

Head north to Venice, a city that enchants with its timeless beauty. Cruise by private boat to St. Mark’s Square, admire St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, and visit a glassblowing workshop – a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. Later, you may wish to enjoy an optional gondola ride through the city’s canals.

Travel through alpine scenery into Austria’s Tyrol region and on to Innsbruck. Highlights include the Golden Roof and a visit to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds Store. This evening, you may choose to join an optional Tyrolean evening filled with local music and dancing.

Depart Innsbruck and make a brief stop in Munich. Visit Marienplatz to see the Glockenspiel or soak up the city’s Bavarian charm. Then continue to Germany’s picturesque Rhineland region.

Enjoy a leisurely Rhine River cruise through vineyards and fairy-tale castles. Later, arrive in Amsterdam. The city’s charming canals and cosy cafés await. An optional canal cruise offers the perfect introduction to this vibrant Dutch capital.

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to your Travel Director and fellow travellers as your incredible European journey comes to an end.
